Frequently Asked Questions

The initial assessment involves a structured review of a seven-day dietary log, a composition analysis covering macronutrient and micronutrient distribution, and an identification of the key patterns — meal timing, portion distribution, ingredient variety — that are most relevant to your stated objectives. The session concludes with a written summary and a preliminary outline of next steps.
A standard engagement spans twelve weeks, comprising an initial assessment, a plan construction session, and two scheduled review consultations at weeks four and twelve. The review sessions examine adherence data and introduce amendments where the original plan requires adjustment based on observed patterns.
Remote sessions are available for clients who cannot attend in person at the Berwick Street practice. The remote format follows the same documentation protocol as in-person sessions — pre-session dietary log submission, structured review, and a written output. All session records are archived under the same revision-numbered system regardless of format.
All enquiries submitted through this form or by email are acknowledged within two working days. Due to the limited number of client engagements accepted at any given time, availability windows are confirmed at the point of enquiry response. If there is a waiting period, this is communicated at the first reply.
Clients are asked to maintain a detailed food diary for seven consecutive days prior to the first session — recording meals, portion sizes, timing, and preparation methods as precisely as possible. A brief objectives questionnaire is sent following confirmation of the appointment. No specialist knowledge is required; accurate observation of current habits is the only prerequisite.
